A work in progress is maybe how this house could be described. This older home on the SW side of the city has some good features; nice woodwork, front enclosed porch, formal dining room, and a full basement are just a few. Overall, the house needs some work. Owner took out the driveway, so that too needs to be replaced. There is a one stall detached garage. House is livable the way it is but you'll want to add your touch.
